Miromico miro EdgeCard08 LoRaWAN® Gateway IoT Module.
The miro EdgeCard08 LoRaWAN® Gateway is a mPCIe card that provides a plug-and-play solution for long-range and low-power wireless communication networks based on the LoRaWAN® standard. The card is implemented using the Semtech SX1308 chipset; enabling high-performance; certified LoRaWAN® gateway solutions.
Each gateway module offers eight receive channels and a single dedicated transmit channel; enabling advanced duty-cycle operation through listen-before-talk and spectrum-scanning capabilities.
LoRa (Long Range) technology offers several key benefits; including extended communication range; low power consumption; and the ability to support a large number of devices. These features make LoRa ideal for IoT applications where devices need to operate over long distances on minimal battery power; such as in smart cities; agriculture; and industrial monitoring. LoRaWAN® networks can support millions of messages per day; ensuring reliable data transmission even in dense urban environments.
The miro EdgeCard LoRaWAN® Mini PCIe Gateway Card offers up to 8 dedicated receive channels and a single dedicated transmit channel; ensuring efficient data transmission and reception. The card is also available for the 2.4 GHz ISM band; providing flexibility for various regional requirements and applications.
In summary; this gateway card combines the benefits of LoRa and LoRaWAN®; delivering a robust and scalable solution for IoT deployments. Its plug-and-play design simplifies the deployment process; reducing the time and effort required for setup; while its versatile connectivity options ensure compatibility with a wide range of devices and network configurations.
