VibrexIoT LoRaWAN® Industrial Vibration Sensor
The VibrexIoT is an industrial wireless vibration sensor designed for machine condition monitoring and predictive maintenance of motors; pumps; fans; gearboxes and other rotating machinery.
Equipped with an industrial piezoelectric vibration probe; VibrexIoT measures Acceleration RMS; Acceleration Peak; Velocity RMS and Crest Factor. An integrated intelligent algorithm continuously analyses machine vibration behaviour and provides an easy-to-understand Health Index for early identification of developing mechanical faults.
Measurement data is transmitted wirelessly via the LoRaWAN® IoT network; enabling reliable remote condition monitoring in demanding industrial environments.
Powered by long-life lithium batteries and operating fully wirelessly; the sensor is designed for reliable long-term deployment. Data is collected from an industrial piezoelectric vibration rugged 304 stainless-steel probe and transmitted via a secure LoRaWAN® Class A network using AES end-to-end encryption; ensuring dependable communication and data security.
Advanced onboard processing and automatic self-calibration help deliver accurate and consistent temperature measurements across a wide operating range. Configurable sampling and reporting intervals allow the device to be tailored to the needs of each site; balancing reporting frequency with battery life and network performance.
With communication ranges of up to 5 km in suitable environments and an expected battery life of up to 7 years; the VibrexIoT industrial wireless vibration sensor is particularly well suited to be installed directly in demanding machine locations.
The sensor is designed specifically for industrial condition monitoring and predictive maintenance of motors; pumps; fans; gearboxes; bearings; and other rotating industrial equipment.
