Six watts faster than the previous version; the dual compound GRIPTON T2/T5 rubber ensures low rolling resistance; grip and longevity. T2 is Specialized’s most efficient compound and features on the centre of the tyre; complemented by T5 on the shoulders. Compatible with both hooked and hookless rims for maximum wheel choice; the tyre is tubeless-ready and so can be run at lower pressures for more speed and comfort without fear of pinch punctures. Further puncture resistance is added by the BlackBelt layer that prevents thorns or glass from penetrating the tyre without reducing the supple ride feel or adding weight.
