As part of their Endurance range; the rim has been redesigned for use with wider tyres between 28mm and 32mm which offer greater comfort and control than narrower rubber; an internal width of 22mm adds extra support and stability to the tyre’s sidewalls and allows maximum air volume. The hooked; tubeless-ready design of the carbon rim can be used with clinchers too; giving a huge range of options when it comes to tyre choice whilst the 45mm depth affords a decent aero advantage without becoming unruly in crosswinds. Using DT Swiss’ renowned Ratchet EXP 36 freehub; the 240 hubs are quick to accelerate and very reliable; thanks to the multiple points of contact afforded by the ratchet system. Smooth; low friction sealed bearings keep maintenance requirements to a minimum and the clever t-head design of the bladed DT aero comp spokes ensures that they are always held in the correct orientation.
