DT Swiss 180 Straight Pull Disc Shimano 142x12mm Rear Hub The 180 Straight Pull Disc Shimano 142x12mm Rear Hub from DT Swiss sits at the top of their hub range; combining a stiff; lightweight machined hub body with low friction SiNC ceramic bearings. The Ratchet EXP system uses a sprung 36 tooth design for rapid pick-up and power transfer whilst also reducing the weight of the hub over the previous iteration. By moving the bearings outwards inside the ratchet; the hub has also been made stiffer whilst the No-Tool design allows for tool-free servicing and maintenance.
