How to mix: The Turbo Drink 1:0.8 sports drink can be mixed in two different carbohydrate dosages: 40 grams of carbohydrates or 80 grams of carbohydrates. -Turbo Drink with 40 grams of carbohydrates: Mix 42g of powder (3 level scoops) with 500ml of water in a bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds; and the sports drink is ready to use. -Turbo Drink with 80 grams of carbohydrates: Mix 85g of powder (5 level scoops) with 500ml of water in a bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds; and the sports drink is ready to use.
